In order to solve the different problems that the organization has been encountering, the firm needs to assign a key role to its HR within the organization. For this the organization will not only be required to make some key changes in the organizational structure of the firm but will also need to adopt an organizational strategy where the HR of the firm will be involved in the key decisions affecting the business organization (Brockbank et al., 1999). If the organization could implement such sort of strategy it is believed that the firm will be in position to better realize its long-standing goals.
